01 / Prep Session
Get medical screening. Two (2) prep sessions. Set an intention. Choose music. Pack your bag.
02 / Administration
Come prepared for the journey. Have a ride coordinated. Let go. I recommend drawing a picture after each session.
03 / Integration
At least one (1) integration session is required but three (3) are recommended to get the results desired over time.
