Clinical Counseling

  1. Deep Listening

How did you arrive here? A thorough high level conversation about what you are looking to accomplish on your mental health journey is important before beginning the work or a technique.

2. Conceptualization

What is the target? We have a concept of the goal but we must drop in, and gain embodied education about internal functioning. This piece is vitally important and cannot be skipped.

3. Facilitation

I explain why a specific technique is recommended, and you decide if its right for you. Then I teach and guide you in your own process. Internal shifts and processing occurs.

4. Integration

Integration is getting the results stamped in your daily life like a hand print on concrete. Positive shifts, upgrades to the internal structure become embodied and permanent.
